​2027 Agency & Individual Awards

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: February 4, 2027

NOTE: Submitting Agencies must be current paid MONAHRO members

 

PLEASE FOLLOW THE APPLICATION RULES COMPLETELY!

 

1. In all categories, a fully completed official Award Entry Form must accompany submissions. Submissions unaccompanied by a properly completed official Award Entry Form or not meeting the requirements of the category entered will not be considered. 
    

2. Submitting agencies must be current members of MONAHRO or an individual associated with such an agency. Submissions that fail to meet membership requirements will not be considered.
    

3. For individual awards, nominees must be an employee, resident, or commissioner of an agency that is a current member of MONAHRO. 
    

4. Winners in each category will be asked to submit pictures after the judging
    

5. Please use a separate, fully completed entry form for each entry.
