Directed to Residents, Participants or to the Community Newsletter entries should include current and previous issues.

Best Annual Report

Directed to Commissioners, local government, interested entities and local government, and annual publication reporting current financial condition, the results of operations and information on agency programs and services.

​

Best Other Agency Publication

Educational or public relations publications directed to tenants, the general public or targeted groups, such as tenant handbooks, brochures, supplements or special newspaper sections, video and audio tapes produced and used for clients of community, staff of special purpose newsletter used within an agency, as well as Internet based communications efforts, including websites/pages and e-mail campaigns. Multiple awards are allowed and are likely.

Individual Awards

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: February 23, 2024

Member of the Year

Member of the Year is open by nomination to recognize an agency member who has made an outstanding contribution to the Housing or Community Development field on the local or state level. 

​

Commissioner of the Year

Commissioner of the Year is open by nomination to recognize a Commissioner who has made an outstanding contribution to the Housing or Community Development field on the local or state level.

​

Peace Officer of the Year

Nominees should be full time or actively serving reserve Peace Officers who are making or have made contributions to neighborhood, development or community efforts to combat crime or drugs or to enhance community policing or relationships between law enforcement officers and residents/citizens.  Description of accomplishments must be complete enough to enable judges to compare nominees and their contributions.

Curb Appeal Award

Your Member Services Committee is sponsoring an award to publicize how good our Public Housing Developments look across the state.

Maintenance Awards

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: September 6, 2024

Maintenance Person of the Year

Maintenance Person of the Year is open by nomination to recognize Maintenance Staff who has made an outstanding contribution to their agency or MONAHRO.

​

Bucket and Scraper Award

This award is for fun!! Nominate a maintenance person for something they did funny or something they would rather everyone not know they did.

Years of Service
