Conceal and Carry

Does anyone have a policy on conceal and carry for employees in the offices or on housing property? We are trying to put one together and would appreciate any help.

Nancy, Where did you find peper spray. We are interested in that for our employees, especially for inspections.

I would also like to know if there is a policy out there on conceal & carry. All of us in the office have completed the conceal & carry. Board is NOT in favor of anyone carrying. We just purchased pepper spray for everyone in the office.
