Conceal and Carry

Does anyone have a policy on conceal and carry for employees in the offices or on housing property? We are trying to put one together and would appreciate any help.

I would also like to know if there is a policy out there on conceal & carry. All of us in the office have completed the conceal & carry. Board is NOT in favor of anyone carrying. We just purchased pepper spray for everyone in the office.
