I am looking for a "go-by" form to request audit proposals.   Noel is a small PHA with only public housing units.  I understand that HUD expects HAs to rotate CPAs for a "healthy" organization.  Has anyone done this before?

Does anyone have a form for the tenants to sign when they choose to be either Overhoused or Underhoused in terms of the number of bedrooms in the unit they accept?
